Costas matriculated in 1973 and immediately took up articles of clerkship at a firm of auditors, Greenwood Poulton & Co, where he served three years of articles. During the early 1980's, Costas joined United Building Society where he received management training. He gained more management experience within the service related industries of home appliances and personnel placements. In August 1991, Costas was appointed as the financial manager of Compu-Clearing group. In January 1998, Costas was promoted to the position of Administrative Director. Costa presently holds the portfolio of Financial Director.
