CUSTOMS TARIFF AND EXCHANGE RATES

The Import System is dynamically linked to an updated database which stores all the latest Customs Tariffs and the Customs Exchange Rates. The Compu-Clearing system automatically advises the clearing agent of the tariff headings that have changed. It will also advise which importers are affected by the change. All historic changes are also stored.

Integration:

The Compu-Clearing import system is fully integrated to all other modules. This allows for a single input of data to populate all fields from the bill of entry all the way through to invoicing. This both increases productivity and reduces user errors.

MASTER FILES:

All master files from product codes to importer details can be uploaded into our system and do not require manual capturing.

Suppliers Invoice Upload.

The Compu-Clearing Suppliers Upload program allows users to frame entries directly from the suppliers invoice regardless of the layout/format. This allows for the automatic framing of entries.

COSTING SHEET

An advanced landed cost system is integral to our Import System allowing for accurate costing information. Users can insert target markups and estimated selling prices and the program will automatically calculate the profit margins and landed cost per unit. These costing sheets can be automatically e-mailed to all relevant parties,

PRODUCT CODES

Product codes allow for the accurate determination of the tariff heading to be used on the customs documentation. Multiple products can be setup against a single tariff heading to allow the tracking of different products that share a common tariff heading. The Bill of Entry program can automatically consolidate these into a single line. Product codes can also be linked to costing information.

PERMITS:

Our Import system will notify the user if a permit is required on a specific tariff heading. Our system also includes a program that tracks and keeps stock of your used and un-used permits.

CONSOLIDATION OF BILL OF ENTRY LINES

When multiple lines share a common tariff heading, the program can consolidate these into a single line for customs purposes if specified.

LINK TO CONTAINER DEPOTS

The full container unpack list is updated daily in the Compu-Clearing system. This allows for a report of all shipments, matched to the agents unpack list, to be produced in detail without any user intervention.

NATIONAL NETWORK

Compu-Clearing uses the latest of network technologies. This allows our clients to setup national networks links to our server with no infrastructure costs to the client. All that is required is an internet connection.

TRACKING OF Shipments
Our import systems provide the ability for complete tracking and shipment enquiries, throught the entire shipment cycle from registration to delivery.

AIWACS and ShipScene.

Integration to the AIWACS sytem (our ground handling system) allows the user to do enquiries on the whereabouts of a parcel to the moment it has been off-loaded from a flight. Our link to shipscene provides the user with the latest status of the consignment, including a ship docking tracking feature.
