Trade and Track 2.5 Released!

We are pleased to announce the release of Trade & Track 2.5

This release introduces new features as well as resolving bug fixes.

Compu-Clearing Bill of Entry Integration: Once you have finalized your order click the "Submit to i-Series" button and all the order details will be sent to the Compu-Clearing Integrated System for easy BOE capture, no need to re-enter all your information.

Active Help: You can now use Active Help as a Importer and a Forwarder.

Email on Order creation: Added option in Agent Details to send a email to the administrator when a order is created.

New Order total Balancing features: You now have the option to make sure that your total lines balance with the total invoice, you can then markup the order.

Replica Orders: Replica Orders are no longer viewed as new Orders.

Added fields to Order: Dutiable Charges, Non-Dutiable Charges, Discounts, Indent Number.

Added fields to Product Master File: Suppliers Product Code

Order Date: Order Date now will save the date entered and not the creation date.

Product Grid: Added suppliers column and searching options.

HAWB Field: We have lifted the limit of 10 characters.

KG Column in Order Grid: Will now show the total weight of the Order and not the line items.

Tracking Notification: Fixed issues with the communication between parties.
